A complete freshness on the market : the X12 cylinder from Abus has patent protection until 2030.The horizontal key system provides users with maximum convenience, and the absence of sharp-edged grooves means that the key will be almost unnoticeable in your pocket.The X12 cylinder comes standard with an emergency function (secure clutch), which means that if the key is left on the inside of the lock, the door can still be closed from the outside with a second key. The solution is SKG-certified, which means that the door cylinders are fully protected against various tampering methods such as reaming, anti-picking and anti-bumping. A security card and an additional pin in the cylinder provide protection against illegal copying of the key or making a new cylinder.
The 12 special hardened steel pins protect against drilling and prevent break-ins. The elongated head of the key neck makes it possible to install the cylinder even together with anti-burglary signs. Lock cylinders have a confirmed fire resistance by which they can be used in public places. The set includes as many as 5 paracentric drilled keys.
