Master Key System - exp. scheme

Scheme of filling key plan:

1) In horizontal line we write all the rooms, the size of inserts, their coverage and number - some doors can be closed for example on 2 inserts. In the example described areas are: main entrance, headmaster's office, accounting office, 3 bedrooms, office, warehouse, dining room and cloakroom.

2) The vertical column we write all system users and the number of keys that each employee has to have - 1 key is often sufficient, but in practice we recommend to order also reserve and backup key. In the example described is a director, chief accountant, an accountant, 2 office staff, warehouse and guardian.

3) An X mark the areas to which they have to have individual access.
In this example:
Director - has access to all rooms,

Chief accountant - has access to accounting office, 3 offices and a dining room, cloakroom
An accountant - has access to the office No. 1 and a dining room, cloakroom

Office worker 1 - has access to the office No. 2 and No. 3 and a dining room, cloakroom

Office worker 2 - has access to the office No. 2 and No. 3 and a dining room, cloakroom
Warehouseman - has access to the warehouse and the dining room, cloakroom
